Jeff Fulmer joins Eagle Technologies USA

Brea, California September 1st, 2009 – Eagle Technologies USA is pleased to announce Jeff Fulmer as a new business partner and Director of Business Development. Jeff has been a vital contributor to the success of Eagle technologies thus far on a consultancy basis. Jeff will now be joining Eagle Technologies full time to stream line growth into existing card markets, and to head research and development into future card markets.

Jeff Fulmer brings to Eagle Technologies nearly 30 years of card experience in both the secure and non-secure card markets. From 1975 through 1998 Jeff came up through the ranks in a family business focused on printing and graphics servicing the card market and the commercial sheet-fed market. During those 23 years Jeff was a vendor to Kirk Plastics, Data Card, CPI and several others. In addition to working in, and with the card market, Jeff and his father worked with Visa International for over 28 years providing all the master art files for the production of all Visa products globally. In 1998 Jeff sold his company to CPI to pursue other interests.

Over the last 10 years Jeff has served in various senior management rolls with several large secure and non-secure card manufactures in the US. Jeff’s responsibilities have included operations, sales, marketing, client services and graphics. Jeff has been instrumental in the development of several new products brought to market over the last 10 years including foil and translucent cards in the secure market, and continues to work with clients from the very large to start-ups helping them to reach their card objectives.
