Press release from: Nader Group

/ PR Agency: Asdaa Public Relations
Amman-Jordan 5th September 2006: Nader Group, the Kingdom’s leading distribution company, and official distributor of Sun Rice products in Jordan, today announced that it will not be following the market with an expected price increase of Jordan's leading rice brand, Sunwhite.

At a recent meeting of the General Association of Food Supply Merchants, the price of rice and other commodities were discussed with traders highlighting an international increase in prices of rice, fuelled by limited supply out of Egypt and an increase in US and Australian prices. However, Nader Group believes that with rice being an integral and traditional part of meals particularly during Ramadan that it has committed itself to maintain the current price of Jordan’s No1 rice brand, Sunwhite throughout this upcoming Holy month..

In taking this stance, Nader Group considers that it is serving and providing for the community as a whole, at a time when prices of many commodities are increasing in Jordan.

Nader Group enjoys a reputation of being a formidable market leader in quality products and brand building, also it’s responsible for the distribution and brand management of various internationally renowned products.
