In run up to Holiday Season ahead, CedCommerce adds Bulk Promotion features to Walmart Marketplace Integration app.

In a run-up to the festive season ahead, CedCommerce added an upgrade to its Walmart Marketplace Integration which connects Shopify users to Walmart.com. The upgrade will be for the merchants who have their warehouse in the United States and sell on Walmart.com.

“The upgrade enables sellers to apply promotion, simultaneously, to set of products. Shopify Merchants use this app to apply promotional pricing - Reduced & Clearance - on their products listed at Walmart. The functionality also enables users to apply promotions on a set of products which are selected by applying filters.”

Highly successful sales season last year-

The last year Q4 holiday season witnessed the highest purchasing activity and the sales amounted to $108+ billion. The shopping activity on each day, up to November 27, surpassed $1 billion mark, the overall sales were in the excess of $50 billion.

How Walmart Marketplace Integration App functions?

The app connects Shopify users to Walmart through an API-based communication channel. The channel facilitates the transfer of online-store catalog to walmart. It helps sellers to receive orders and initiate fulfillment, for orders received from Walmart, from their stores itself.

The app is a combination of product listing and inventory management software. The app also automates almost entire sales-related operations.

1- Automate Shipment:

Now, the Shopify sellers can automate their shipment process with Shipstation, Shipwork, Stamps.com, Linnworks, Xtento, and ShipRush extensions.

2- Low Stock Notifications:

Merchants, now, would be apprised of product inventory status through notification by e-mail whenever it diminishes lower than the threshold.

3- New Order Notifications:

Whenever a new order is fetched from Walmart.com, vendors now will receive the notification.

4- Shipment Reminder:

Now if vendor forgets to ship a product, he would be reminded to fulfill the order at earliest.

5- Product Status Sync:

Now the there is near real-time data and status synchronization of products between your store and Walmart.com
