Waypoint Solutions Group and Carolina Computer Network Solutions merge

Charlotte, NC – Charlotte-based IT Managed Services and Project Management company, Waypoint Solutions Group and Carolina Computer Network Solutions, have announced that they have merged their businesses into Waypoint Solutions Group effective from January 2010. In its 10th year of business, Waypoint now has four service centers in the United States : Its headquarters in Charlotte, NC, and offices in Miami, FL, Greenville, SC and Freehold, NJ.

President of Waypoint Solutions Group, Dan Wilson, said, “We are pleased to welcome Carolina Computer Network Solutions President Nathan Vari, on board as our Director of Business Development.
