Especially the numerous appointments which are linked to vehicles are a cause of constant concern. This is why community4you GmbH (www.comm4you.eu) deliberately integrated an extensive calendar management into its fleet management system comm.fleet (www.commfleet.eu). Thus, all significant deadlines can be integrated into the system and the reminder function of the software ensures that the fleet manager and leasing companies will not miss any appointment with regard to their vehicles.
This holds true also for technical, legal as well as organizational deadlines. Users will not only be reminded of drivers' license check-ups, maintenance intervals, general inspection und exhaust emission check-up dates, but also of legal appointments and validity of documents. Moreover, appointment types can be freely defined by the respective user and assigned to each single vehicle and are thus adapted to individual needs and requirements.
