cVidya Launches BusinessView-OfferAdvisor® - A cVidyaCloud Application for Best Offer Recommendations

The announcement was made at cVidya’s user conference taking place in Barcelona.

BusinessView-OfferAdvisor enables account managers and customer care retention teams to offer customers the optimal offer (or price plan) calculated based on their real usage behavior without compromising service providers’ margins.
