San Francisco, CA, January 30th, 2007 – Triathlon Week (triathlonweek.com) today announced that the online triathlon training community has expanded to offer product reviews and triathlon manufacturer discussion forums. This is in addition to it's dozens of existing triathlon forums and user discussion areas.
"Triathlon Week has always been a place where triathletes from beginner to Ironman could connect, share training tips and give encouragement to one another," said Robert Gourley, founder of Triathlon Week. "By adding product reviews and forums around individual triathlon brands, we are able to extend the discussion to the manufacturers as well."
Several manufactures have joined Triathlon Week for launch including Aegis Bicycles®, De Soto Sport® and Zipp®. The new system allows customers to interact with the brand, ask questions and learn more about upcoming products.
"By creating communities of interest around the brand, the manufacturer has a way to quickly activate and excite a core group of triathletes," said Robert Gourley, "And for the customer, it's a great way to connect with a product you love."
Triathlon Week is free to join. Users can sign up quickly and get access to thousands of pages of triathlon training discussions and connect with thousands of other triathletes.
