Skelta Software, a leading provider of BPM solutions, today announced they have engaged the services of Mr. Paul Neel as a consultant to help build strategic technology partnerships. Paul is the President and CEO of Espero, Inc., www.esperoinc.com an Edmonds, WA–based consulting firm that specializes in guiding ISVs in building strategic relationships and accelerating market penetration.

Paul brings over two decades of experience in devising and executing strategy related to alliances, marketing, sales, and product management. Paul in his business career helped companies grow embryonic relationships into global partnerships with leading technology companies such as Microsoft and EMC, Hewlett Packard and others. Prior to Espero, Paul was VP of Business Development, Channel, Microsoft Program and Strategy at Meridio Inc. Paul has also held sales, alliances, product planning, and leadership positions at KVS Inc., Adobe Systems, and AGFA Corporation. Speaking of the appointment, Skelta CEO Sanjay Shah said "We are delighted to announce Paul's appointment as management consultant.
