Former RCG-Robinson Compensation Group Executive Will Head California Team

Jenkintown, PA – Meyer-Chatfield Compensation Advisors, a leading compensation consulting firm for financial institutions nationwide, today announced that Lawrence Robinson has joined the firm. Mr. Robinson is based in San Diego and will lead the firm’s expansion into the corporate compensation arena, and also direct bank sales and consulting activities in the Southern California market.

Before joining Meyer-Chatfield, Mr. Robinson was Senior Vice President and Managing Principal of RCG|Robinson Compensation Group. As a corporate executive, he has held leadership roles including Vice President, Global Human Resources Operations for Dell Inc. His corporate assignments in compensation include Xerox and Pepsi-Cola International. His consulting experience began in 2001 as a Senior Consultant with Towers Perrin (New York City) and continued as Managing Director of Steven Hall & Partners (New York City).
