XTM International release XTM Portal v12.0
A new version of XTM Portal, an optional module that enables users to simply submit translation requests, has been released. XTM Portal v12.0 introduces several key improvements for enterprises, including the use of project templates, improved cost estimates, and a new project listing page.Automation with project templates
XTM v12.0 allows project managers (PM) to use project templates and custom fields directly within the module. By using them, project managers can accelerate creating projects as all the necessary settings can be provided with just one click of a button.
Accurate cost estimates
With the new version, users can more precisely calculate the costs involved in translating a project. In addition to proposals, estimating costs are now more accurate as they are based on the linguists’ rate cards. Dummy rate cards can be applied when no linguist has been assigned to the workflow.
New project listing page
The brand-new project listing page delivers up-to-date information about the status of projects. It refreshes automatically every 20 seconds, so users can download translations as soon as they are completed.
