SDL Announces the Opening of Elevation Center - the Localization Industry’s First Briefing Center for Cloud Computing

Maidenhead - U.K. , United Kingdom 15 June 2011 : SDL (LSE:SDL), the leading provider of Global Information Management solutions, today announced the launch of Elevation Center™, the localization industry’s first online, virtual briefing center for cloud computing. Elevation Center will enable individuals in the localization industry to collaborate, learn, interact and discuss ways to accelerate the adoption of cloud solutions for localization and globalization.

Over the last 2 years, there has been an increasing demand for cloud solutions. Preference for SDL’s Software as a Service (SaaS) - based solutions continues to grow rapidly quarter upon quarter.
