Whittle Group Appoints Pluscrates as Sole Supplier

Lancashire-based moving specialist Whittle Group Ltd has appointed Pluscrates as sole supplier of crate hire services for its commercial moving business.

The company made the decision based on positive feedback from others in the commercial moving industry and Pluscrates’ ability to deliver high-quality products to customers throughout the United Kingdom.

Pluscrates began supplying crates to Whittles in June and has seen a steady follow of orders for commercial relocations. During that time the Pluscrates’ delivery team has been praised by Whittle’s clients for its service and professionalism.

Steven McLeod, Whittle’s Operations Manager said he was delighted with the service provided by Pluscrates. “They always provide a really personal and cost-effective service,” he said. “Every customer wants something slightly different and Pluscrates always come up to the mark.”

As an example Steven said that he called Pluscrate’s Regional Director Nick Flaxman at the Manchester depot with a ‘rush job’. “The crates were delivered the very next morning without any additional charge,” he said. “It’s a proper partnership.”

Nick Flaxman, is equally pleased with the Whittle contract. “We’ve known the company for many years,” he said. “We are pleased to be working with them as their sole supplier.”
