Total Education Solutions Announces Website Redesign
Site Offers Enhanced Content and a Comprehensive Overview of Services to Better Serve ClientsSouth Pasadena, CA, October 19, 2011—Total Education Solutions (TES), a leading provider of special education and therapeutic services for children and adults with exceptional needs, has announced that it will unveil its redesigned website on November 1, 2011. The site, found at www.tesidea.com, will have a new design that provides easier navigation, more in-depth information about all services and programs, an extensive list of parent resources, and virtual tours of its clinics, resulting in a more user-centered experience.
“Our company has evolved tremendously over the years and I’m thrilled that our new website more accurately presents TES as the full-service organization it is—one that provides innovative solutions to families, a wide range of schools, schools districts, and state funded agencies,” said Nancy J. Lavelle, Ph.D., President, CEO, and Founder.
Specifically, the site allows users to access information either by selecting the service type of interest, i.e. school, clinic, or online, or by constituency, i.e. clients, parents/caregivers, or job seekers. The website also allows users to access information by region to learn about the specific services that are offered through each regional office location.
Also incorporated into the new design are several social media components, including links to TES’ Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages. The company’s increased emphasis on social media ties into its broader objective of sustaining an open dialogue with clients, parents, and the community and promoting communication and solidarity among them.
