Fluctuating Workforce Affects Production in Mining
HR departments in mining industry are implementing effective employee retention programs and new ways in determining their value.It is rightly said that "machines are important in the production process but the man behind the machines is more important”. The limited supply of qualified technical talent in the mining industry has been affecting the sector for over a decade now and year after year there are more people leaving than entering this industry.
