Dunlap Industries, Inc. ISO Recertification
Dunlap Industries feels our investments in quality control provides additional assurance to our customers that we are focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. It's essential to delivering innovative, high quality and customer-focused textile trim solutions.In 2015, we were excited to transition our certification to ISO 9001:2015. Our move from ISO 9001:2008 to the updated standard demonstrates our desire to always perform at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. Over the last 12 months we have been actively involved in several QMS (Quality Management System) internal and external audits. We have continued to use these tools to improve our business and to help our customers. We are looking forward to the opportunities and challenges in the coming year! As part of our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with a quality product and to continually improve our Quality Management System, we will be completing our yearly ISO Recertification in April.
