Granit Launches Free eGuide to Employing an Architect
London, 10th May 2007 Granit Chartered Architects, a leading London architects practice, has launched a free guide for home owners on how to work with an architects practice. The guide, which comes as an ebook available for download at http://www.granit.co.uk/Tracker/default.aspx, is part of Granit’s ongoing drive to improve its customers’ experience in working with the practice and the profession overall.Primarily written for private home owners, the guide explains each of the key stages in engaging an architect for a home development project. It covers everything from drawing up a list of project motivations, how to find a practice, obtaining planning permission, contract administration and more. It will be an indispensable guide for any residential client and especially those first time property developers.
Architect Director Robert Wilson said that “many of our clients have never worked with an architect before, which, compounded with the often stressful process of home renovation means we need to spend a lot of time explaining what’s going on. We have written this guide to pre-empt many of these questions and to help to ease some of our clients’ stresses.” The guide is testament to Granit’s ongoing approach to providing a quality customer experience.
Granit Chartered Architects is a specialist residential architecture practice based in London, UK. Established over 18 years ago by Architect Director Robert Wilson, Granit thrives today providing architectural design services to private individuals and commercial developers in London, the UK and internationally.
