Modern life means that consumers are often busy, likely to forget about ordering their hair products and in turn, use poor alternatives to care for their hair. The current Covid-19 situation hasn’t helped matters either and has resulted in the curly and afro hair community being unable to easily purchase safe and effective hair products.
Subscriptions services have moved beyond media and entertainment with groceries, grooming and beauty packages now popular more than ever. In fact, Whistl reports that British consumers are spending on average over £2billion a year on monthly subscription packages.
“At Afrocenchix, we believe that everyone should be able to look after their hair without compromising their health or wellbeing. We introduced subscriptions to make it super easy for women with Afro & curly hair to access safe, effective products.” said Rachael Corson, Afrocenchix Co-founder.
To address this, Afrocenchix has launched a personalised subscription service. The ‘Sub Club’ allows customers to select their favourite Afrocenchix products and sets to be delivered to their door automatically. The seamless service means that customers never run out of their curly and afro hair essentials.
By subscribing, customers become a member of the Afrocenchix Sub Club, save 5% on every subscription round and gain access to exclusive perks such as surprise gifts, first access to events and access to the Afrocenchix product trial club.
Sub Club members can change the frequency of their subscription (monthly, every two months or every three months) and modify the delivery date to fit their schedule. Customers can also cancel the subscription at any time.
