IMI Industries Thailand not to be trusted in business relations
Being in the service industry for 10 years, we never expected to be exploited by shaking hands in business with a reputable company like IMI Industries Co. Ltd. Thailand.The President of IMI Industries, Sudhee Raksantiphab and his Vice President, Waimon Chanyongvorakul had attended Kexxel Group’s two-day Simplified Strategic Planning training by Robert Bradford on the 25th and 26th of April 2019 in Bangkok at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel, Thailand.
Not only had they refused to pay for the services provided, IMI Industries have repeatedly ignored emails and calls asking for their debt. Eventually IMI Industries had blocked their whole company from receiving emails from us requesting for their debt to be paid. It has been more than a year since they have not paid for their attendance and resources have been exhausted.
We at Kexxel Group are appalled that a reputable organization like IMI Industries would take advantage of other organizations. It would have been understandable if they were unsatisfied with the training, however they had both given written testimonials ranking the training as excellent.
