The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200

Chapman Freeborn Airchartering has been ranked 169th in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 - a league table of Britain’s private firms with the fastest growing overseas sales.

The UK-headquartered aircraft charter specialist - which has a global network of 35 offices in 25 countries - saw international sales grow from £209m in 2009 to £333.2m in 2011.

The Sunday Times notes that the eurozone crisis has so far failed to hold back the rapid expansion of British companies into new markets overseas. It reports that the 200 companies in the league table generated combined international sales of £9 billion - more than a third of their total sales.

Chapman Freeborn has been providing air charter and aircraft leasing services for four decades and continues to lead the way in the industry.

The company’s trend of breaking new ground continued in 2011 when it opened a new office in Melbourne - making it the first international air charter broker to establish its own presence in Australia, and helping clients to unlock the potential of the surrounding Australasian markets.

Chapman Freeborn now spans six continents which provides clients with unrivalled coverage and a continuity of service which is totally unique in the marketplace.

It was recently voted Air Cargo Charter Broker of the Year at the ACW World Air Cargo Awards for the sixth consecutive year. Industry title Air Cargo News also named the company Charter Broker of the Year 2012.
