Managing Broker and Senior Asset Manager Derek Doke, CCIM of Barclay’s Realty Management has created an avenue to streamline the process for business owners looking to own their commercial work space. Realizing the limited amount of available time that business owners have today, along with the complexity that can arise in a commercial real estate transaction, Doke created OwnerUsers.com with the vision of connecting owner/user buyers and commercial property sellers.
