“We are holding this broker open so that Realtors and real estate professionals will be able to come in and see all the highlights of this amazing property before it even opens to the public,” said project manager Lance Robutz. “Hopefully when they leave, they are excited and informed and prepared to present this opportunity to their buyers and clients.”
The property will boast 12 ultra-luxury condominiums in an amazing location that is just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The condos will range from approximately 1100 to over 2100 square feet with two- and three- bedroom, two- and three-bath units available.
