Frankfurt/Germany. Ronny Kazyska (M.Sc.) as a CIS HypZert (F) and ZIS izert (G) certified expert for real estate valuation has joined the BVS (Bundesverband öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter sowie qualifizierter Sachverständiger e.V. - Federal Association of publicly appointed and sworn as well as qualified experts) at the beginning of the year 2022 and is a new full member of the state association of Hesse. The full members of the BVS are as experts in their field of activity in general, publicly appointed and sworn or comparably qualified.

The BVS (Bundesverband öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter sowie qualifizierter Sachverständiger e.V. - Federal Association of publicly appointed and sworn as well as qualified experts) is the association of publicly appointed and sworn as well as qualified experts with the most significant number of members in Germany. BVS was founded in Munich on November 27, 1961, and has around 3,000 individual members. The experts in the BVS member associations are generally publicly appointed and sworn, otherwise sovereignly authorized by government bodies or institutions authorized by law, or have a comparable certification. The basis of the successful history of the association is the high standard of qualification of its members.

All members are committed to the BVS mission statement of impartiality, economic independence, self-responsibility, confidentiality, and personal integrity. BVS experts must always perform their expert activities with professional competence and are committed to continuous training and a transparent performance profile. BVS sets significantly high hurdles with its admission and affiliation criteria because the term "expert" is not protected by law in Germany.
