The eco-friendly Fine ASA Sheet of FINE INDUSTRIES Co., Ltd. is an eco-friendly product that minimizes the use of UV stabilizers. The Fine ASA sheets prevent color-fastness and product deterioration. Thus, it secures superior weatherability compared to PVC and PET sheet products so as to be used for furniture and door surface protection. And it is also widely used for molding, wrapping, and overlay such as Advertising film, High gloss film, Environment-friendly film, and exterior film.
Excellent eco-friendly and weatherability features of Fine ASA sheets
Fine ASA sheets have excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, appearance quality such as gloss compared to alternative materials of PVC and PET.
Fine ASA sheet has succeeded in minimizing the use of UV stabilizers.
Fine ASA sheet has superior thermal stability compared to alternative materials of PVC and PET.
Fine ASA sheet generates less volatile organic compounds of 400 TVOC (ppm) compared that PVC sheet generates 1,000 TVOC (ppm).
Fine ASA sheet has mechanical strength of 26,000 kg/㎠ with good processing of printing. Also, it has thermal stability of 87 ℃, and it is also proven in the HDT test method.
Fine ASA sheet is used for the purpose of Molding, Wrapping, and Overlay. And it is also applicable to Advertising Film, High Gloss Film, Environment-Friendly Film, and Exterior Film.
Fine ASA sheet is an ideal surface protective material used for doors, kitchens and other interior. And because it is an eco-friendly film, there are no restrictions on its use at home furniture or interior even exposed to children.
Fine ASA sheet contains the superb characteristics such as weather resistance, adhesion hardness, and chemical resistance.
