Pro-Sapien Celebrates 10 Years Providing EHS Software on Microsoft 365

Pro-Sapien is celebrating 10 years as a Glasgow-based provider in the global EHS software marketplace.
The EHS software marketplace has evolved during this time. According to industry analyst firm Verdantix, it is now worth $1.5 billion.
Notable developments over the last ten years include:
1. The transition from on-premise to cloud-based software and adoption of SaaS
2. Emphasis on mobility, the ability to fill out forms anywhere and at any time
3. Advancements in EHS analytics to empower business users
Within this growing industry, Pro-Sapien's specialism is Microsoft 365 integration.
Initially, Pro-Sapien was based on SharePoint 2010. Since then, the EHS solution has progressed significantly along with the Microsoft 365 platform. Close integration with Microsoft apps including Teams and Power BI helps to achieve Pro-Sapien's 'EHS as easy as email' vision.
Murray Ferguson, Director at Pro-Sapien, commented:
"We are incredibly grateful to our customers, who bought into our product, culture and values, as without them there would be no journey. It's amazing to see how Pro-Sapien as a product and a company has progressed over the years. We truly have a great team here, something I am very proud to be part of.
Looking forward, we are excited about the new ideas, technologies and modules we are adding to the software, helping clients achieve safety excellence and keeping employees safe. Particularly, we want to continue making EHS processes and compliance easy for them to achieve."

Attracting top talent to 'ESG Tech'
As a Glasgow-based company, Pro-Sapien took the Scottish Business Pledge in 2017 to provide a fair, innovative workplace. For example, working with local universities, a successful internship programme has led to 55% of interns progressing to permanent roles.
Despite the current global tech skills shortage, Pro-Sapien hopes to attract top talent in coming years. The ESG Tech space in which Pro-Sapien operates provides meaningful work in an era when people are increasingly seeking social responsibility.
Pro-Sapien is currently recruiting for several positions. For more information about careers at Pro-Sapien, visit the Careers page.
With predictions of the market hitting $2.5 billion by 2026, in the coming decade EHS software will continue to take the spotlight as one of the best industries to work in.
