OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is an important performance indicator which helps manufacturing companies to measure, monitor and improving the productivity, profitability and overall effectiveness of production systems (machines, production cells, conveyer belts, etc.) within the context of the production process. The introduction of a complete performance indicator system to a production environment often seems complex from the company perspective, and costs are difficult to estimate. That's why the process expert and SAP MES specialist Trebing + Himstedt has assembled a Starter Package which enables an ideal introduction to management using key performance indicators, and this at a fixed and predictable price with a brief implementation phase as a rental service. Your efficiency increases quickly amortize the investment and create the foundation for further improvements.
The OEE Starter Package is a high-performance and cost-efficient system with which relevant production KPIs can be measured, and from which appropriate optimizations can be derived. After a brief implementation phase of only six weeks, it determines over a period of three months the most important downtime causes. Together with the process experts from Trebing + Himstedt, the measured data will be used to develop further recommendations for action, which will lead to higher utilization and improved on-time delivery.

Centerpiece of the package is a preconfigured server with all of the necessary SAP Manufacturing licenses and the Trebing + Himstedt SAP MES module TH LOOX KPI, as well as a mobile tablet for easily and intuitively recording the failure causes on-the-spot on the shop floor. Of course, it is possible to later integrate the starter package into permanent operations. The package is offered at a particularly attractive fixed price.
