iber relies on innovative System Management Solution syslink Xandria

Pfäffikon, September 4, 2014 – Ciber AG, a globally acting SAP Service Provider located in Heidelberg/Germany joins the customer base of syslink. So, the people at syslink are still convinced there is a growing market for the System Management Application that is focused on SAP Solutions.

Ciber has switched monitoring of the about 500 SAP systems they operate on behalf of their customers to syslink Xandria in June already. The migration was completed in August with the switch of the Service Level Reporting functions.
The Swiss solution convinced by automatically generated Service Level Reports, automatically discovered SAP environments, and the configuration options tailored to large-scale system environments.

For Ciber it was a decisive factor as well to operate only a single syslink Xandria instance. All the different local administrators have access to their respective customers.

A new system management solution was required because Ciber’s Managed Services Business is growing tremendously. syslink Xandria constantly high quality of service with only moderate human efforts. “A reliable system management application is the autonomic nervous system of every service provider”, says Ekkehard Heil, responsible for the technical introduction of syslink Xandria at Ciber.

After the launch in Germany, syslink Xandria will be rolled out at different international locations of Ciber.
