PREMIER Biosoft Delivers Version 2.0 of OligoEvaluator™ to Sigma Life Science
Palo Alto, California -- PREMIER Biosoft, delivered OligoEvaluator™ 2.0 to Sigma Life Science, the innovative biological products and services research business of Sigma-Aldrich. Sigma-Aldrich, a leading Life Science and High Technology company conducts operations in 37 countries and provides biochemical and organic chemical products for scientific and genomic research.The new release of OligoEvaluator™ offers analysis of physico-chemical properties of multiple DNA or RNA sequences in a single search run and diagrammatic representation of the resulting structures that may impede amplification.
"We wanted to extend OligoEvaluator's existing capabilities for sequence analysis and integrate the search results with our proprietary production system. We approached PREMIER Biosoft, our trusted informatics partner, to formulate a mechanism to upgrade the first version of the product that the company had built for us.
