(arvato Systems) Gütersloh -- Leipzig // At this year’s conference of the German-language SAP user group (DSAG), arvato Systems and nionex will once more be operating a joint exhibition booth where they will be showcasing their wide range of solutions and services.

From 14 to 16 October, numerous specialists, exhibitors, and conference participants will be discussing the latest technologies, processes, and trends in the IT landscape during the DSAG Annual Conference at the Congress Center Leipzig. In line with the motto ‘We create space,’ the team of experts from arvato and nionex will be on hand at the trade show at Booth H9 to demonstrate to you how to digitalize, automate, and optimize your IT processes, and thereby creating the flexibility you need to complete new tasks.

As a market observer, DSAG currently has more than 2,900 member companies and over 50,000 individual members, making it an excellent barometer of transformation processes currently taking place within companies. Many DSAG members develop their own roadmaps for new SAP products and solutions. Numerous presentations and workshops will provide an insight into this during the three-day conference.

‘SAP Optimizes DB2-LUW Maintenance Windows’

This presentation will showcase the use of SAP tools for optimizing IBM DB2 LUW maintenance work as well as node failover of the DB2 database in a high availability solution. What’s so special here is that the SAP system remains available online for the user the entire time using this method.

The presentation will demonstrate how it is possible to systematically integrate handling processes into transportation planning.
