The 2023 Shortyz Awards were established by Short Term Rentalz, part of the International Hospitality Media group, to recognize excellence in the Short-term rental (STR) industry, celebrate innovation and best practices, and reward achievements.
The Best Holiday Site Operator category is one of the most highly contested categories. Timberroot is proud to be nominated alongside vacation rental brands from the UK, Spain, and Switzerland. The Rentalpreneur Award, a new addition to the Shortyz for 2023, honors leading entrepreneurs in the Short Term Rental industry.
The judges evaluated over 390 entries for several criteria, including evidence of growth, effective staff and customer engagement and satisfaction levels, proactive marketing strategies, and delivering an exceptional guest experience to determine the nominations.
The winners are decided by a 50:50 split between judge scores and the public vote. The voting period for the 2023 Shortyz Awards is open from Tuesday, April 11th at 11 am EST and closes on Sunday, April 16th at 11 pm EST.
The winners will be announced on Wednesday, April 26th, at an award gala at the ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
