Local Iaido Dojo Ren Shin Kan to Compete in UK Championships
Last year's medal winners
Last year the dojo won a total of 10 medals, a silver, 6 bronze and 3 fighting spirit. This led to Mason Brooke being selected for the UK Iaido team where he went on to win a bronze medal in the European Iaido Championships. Mason, who is also taking part in this year's event hopes to beat his performance last year and demonstrate his skills in the art of Iaido.
The UK Iaido Championships is an annual event where martial artists from all over the country gather to showcase their talent and dedication in the traditional Japanese martial art of Iaido. The competition provides an opportunity for martial artists to come together and learn from one another, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.
Ren Shin Kan is excited to represent their community in this esteemed competition. The dojo's members have been training diligently, and their dedication to the practice of Iaido is evident in their exceptional skills and unwavering determination.
