Process Fellows and Envorso sign a Memorandum of Understanding

The German Process Fellows and the US-based Envorso, both consultants for the automotive industry, will work more closely together with immediate effect in order to be able to access the knowledge and experience of internationally networked experts for their customers.

Erlangen, July 10, 2023 - Process Fellows GmbH, a German process consulting company primarily active in Europe, and Envorso, an American company based in Seattle, are now working more closely together to offer their customers solutions around Automotive SPICE®, a standard that improves efficiency and sustainability in process and product development.

Both partners will continue to operate their own businesses independently, but with the agreement they will expand their networks to provide even more comprehensive consulting and support to each other's customers, for example in the USA or Europe. "Both sides will benefit from the synergistic effects generated," remarked Scott Tobin, CEO Envorso. Bernhard Sechser, Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Process Fellows, adds, "We remain a German company with strongly networked experts, but join forces with other experts around the world when appropriate."

With the memorandum of understanding, Envorso and Process Fellows are following a trend that is emerging in the industry: Alliances. Such agreements between independent, usually regional service providers allow localized solutions and resources to be offered jointly and thus bring maximum benefit to the customer.
