Ethylsilane is the key material of advanced semiconductor manufacturing process and related advanced process. Compared with the currently used silane, ethane has a higher density of the film, which can greatly improve and improve the smoothness, continuity, good doping compatibility and low deposition temperature of the deposited film, and increase the film forming rate by about 10 times, greatly improve the production efficiency and other advantages.Disilane is used in the micronization process of semiconductors, and when it is deposited to form a thin film, it can quickly form a uniform thin film at a low temperature.
