Miami Bridge Launches into the Future with its Galactic Nights Gala
The annual gala will raise funds to help at-risk youth in distressMiami, Fl. – (March 14, 2016) Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services will host its Galactic Nights … Launching Into The Future gala on Saturday, April 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lou La Vie Gallery, 246 NE 15 Street, Miami. The gala attracts more attendees each year, including judges, lawyers, real estate professionals, business leaders and youth advocates. The event will feature entertainment and networking opportunities for all the guests.
Individual tickets are $175. The gala offers various levels of sponsorship opportunities ranging from $1,000 to $20,000. The sponsorship opportunities provide great exposure for business, which will be acknowledged in the marketing materials of the event. In addition, entertainment sponsorship opportunities include psychic reader ($450,) cigar roller ($900,) led robots ($1,300,) mixology bar ($3,000) and more.
For more than 30 years, Miami Bridge has been providing temporary housing and trauma-informed care for kids escaping crime, abuse, violence and human trafficking. With campuses in Miami and Homestead, Miami Bridge is Miami-Dade County’s only 24-hour emergency shelter for at-risk youth. Event proceeds will help expand its services, including youth development activities, case management, mental health and substance abuse prevention counseling, life skills education and parenting programs.
Miami Bridge shelters more than 500 children and teens (ages 10-17) and provides counseling to more than 550 families every year. For more than 30 years, the nonprofit has been a pioneer providing a safe place for youth who face life in the street.
Miami Bridge is an asset to the community thanks to the gifts from businesses and corporations and generous contributions of individual donors who believe in the nonprofit’s mission.

For nearly 30 years, the Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services Inc. has been Miami-Dade County's only 24-hour emergency shelter for at-ricks children and youth ages 10 to 17. Miami Bridge, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, operates two shelters in Miami and Homestead.
