ALTLED Successfully Lit up Taiwan Int’l Lighting Show

High power LED manufacturer Aeon Lighting Technology (ALT) successfully attracted many visitors at 2016 Taiwan International Lighting Show between April 13th and April 16th. With “Integration & Revival” as the topic, ALT showcased various types of high quality energy saving LED lamps and drivers at the exhibition.

To respond to some extreme circumstances, LED lamps should be designed with special structures and mechanisms. ALTLED has been famous by showing how ALT products perform well in boiled water at different exhibitions for the last 3 years, and this year is no exception. What is worth mentioning is that ALT is also displaying the latest ATEX/IECEx certified explosion proof lamp at this exhibition. To avoid any accidental combustion extending to outdoor working areas, lamps should be designed to isolate the inner spaces from the surrounding environment, and thereby ensuring workers’ security. ALTLED anti-explosive lamp has passed rigorous tests and regulations by ATEX/IECEx authorities. As a result, it earned appreciation of CREE, an international well-known chipset supplier, and it was invited to show up at CREE’s booth, attracting lots of attention.

In addition to specified purposed explosion proof lamps, ALT also displayed various kinds of lamps which support dimming control system. Amongst such products, the Lodestar series Street light and Floodlight are representative ones. All Lodestar series products have passed IP68 waterproof and erosion resistant tests, so they are able to resist frequent rain or even worse weather conditions and still maintain high quality lighting. Furthermore, ALTLED Street light series passed the IK08 impact test, so it is well suited for ships and port lighting applications. Through integration of special designed driver and dimming programs, ALT Street light and Floodlight are able to achieve assigned brightness within assigned time, so they are ready for wider applications.

To support growing needs of LED dimming function, the design of the driver is a crucial factor. Beginning with LED lighting industry, ALT has combined outstanding patented dissipation technology, aero-grade components, and multi-loops circuit designed to provide stability for 100 watts to 500 watts high power dimming drivers. The drivers have earned CE and ETL certifications. With the efficiency over 92%, ALTLED drivers provide stable power supply to LED lamp for high lumen output, outstanding dimming functions, and high energy saving efficiency. Thus, ALTLED Zeus series drivers are the main star products at this exhibition.

From technical perspective, ALTLED drivers integrate dimming technology of LED lamps and dimming systems. From industrial perspective, ALT is also making efforts to seek any cooperation opportunities within the lighting industry. The major threat of contemporary LED market is that many Chinese LED manufacturers massively dumped their low quality LED lamps into the markets. Such lamps are composed with inferior capacitance and driver components that will soon be out of date, leading to potential casualty hazards and loss of faith amongst consumers. Therefore, in the price-distorted LED red ocean market, ALT seeks to rebuild that faith in consumers through its long-established reputation, high quality, and bright innovation, creating and reviving a whole new LED market with our business partners!
