biotonus ends cooperation with SCHEELEN AG

The data provided to Frank M. Scheelen in connection with the aforementioned institutes are being used illegally and for purposes other than their intended purpose for unauthorized contact with biotonus partners. This is not only a data law problem, but also no basis for a trusting cooperation with a company that collects personal data and individual behavior patterns.
biotonus protects the data of its partners and must ensure that this is also done by the cooperation partner. This is obviously no longer the case with the SCHEELEN companies, so we have taken the necessary steps.
biotonus supports each individual partner in legal representation in the event of data provided to SCHEELEN AG in connection with the INSIGHTS MDI® analysis and the resulting possible misuse for contacting by Scheelen employees or affiliated companies of the Scheelen companies, in particular by Mr. Frank M. Scheelen personally. Mr. Scheelen was already prohibited in writing on 18.04.2024 from contacting biotonus partners in any way.
The biotonus Potential Analysis will be equipped with secure and reputable software and will be independent of third-party providers with immediate effect. The additional training of partners in personality development by renowned institutes will also be continued.
