BRESI Limited, a prop-tech start-up based in the UK, has launched its real estate portal exclusively for branded residences. This innovative online marketplace is the first of its kind, combining the competitive sectors of elite luxury real estate and prop tech property portals.

Breaking into these sectors can be challenging due to the high number of new participants seeking to join. BRESI has merged these two sectors for the first time.

BRESI will serve as a property portal exclusively dedicated to marketing branded residences.

Unlike traditional property portals, real estate agents cannot join the platform and only the developer of the project, its master agent, or marketing agency will be granted membership on the platform, ensuring a curated selection of properties.

Traditionally branded residences are associated with prestigious hotel brands like The Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. More recently, luxury brands such as Armani, Aston Martin, and Mercedes Benz have also ventured into the branded residences market to expand their brand presence.

BRESI's main objective is to attract real estate developers and international property purchasers by focusing solely on the marketing of branded residential projects worldwide.

"We sought to create a platform exclusively for branded residences, they represent one of the fastest-growing segments in real estate and due to their ultra-luxury status, they appeal to the world's elite.

Currently, when developers wish to promote their projects on property portals, they are often grouped with non-branded houses, condos, and apartments.

In many circumstances a potential buyer could also see the same property listed by multiple real estate agents with different pricing and information.

This situation is disadvantageous for both the project developer and the real estate buyer, who may be deterred by conflicting information, claim BRESI

"Erroneous information and numerous duplications could also diminish the exclusivity of a project,"

By restricting membership on the platform to property developers or their affiliates, BRESI can prevent duplications and inaccuracies, as listings will originate directly from the source.

Listings can be modified at any time if certain room types sell out or prices change.

BRESI operates on a membership model and does not charge any commissions, as property buyers will communicate directly with the developer.

"Through offering membership packages to developers without taking any commission, our role is to act as a mediator, connecting developers and buyers to transact the finest real estate in the world."

BRESI has launched Phase One of its platform this week, and is currently extending an invitation to property developers to showcase their projects on the portal.
