Noliac is looking for a Managing Director for Noliac Systems in Prague
The Managing Director must be an excellent leader; further it is demanded that he/ she is very operational within the area of manufacturing, process optimizations and possible upgrading of manufacturing processes.
Noliac Systems s.r.o. has a market leading knowledge of piezo-based sensors and transducers and is a part of the Noliac Group, which has its headquarters in Denmark. The Noliac Group presents a unique proficiency in the field of piezoelectric technology. We design, develop and manufacture the total range of piezoelectric products - from powders to mono- and multilayer components and all the way to finished plug-and-play applications.
The ideal candidate:
Has strong leadership skills and a high drive for the company to succeed.
Has the ability to lead highly skilled engineers and employees as well as manufacturing operators.
Has manufacturing knowledge and experience regarding high-technology electronic products, as some products are expected to go into medium to high volume production.
Is flexible, creative and able to motivate and lead the team to design, engineer and manufacture piezo based sensors and transducers according to customer specifications and demands.
Is an efficient and organised Managing Director who will be a part of the Noliac Group’s management team reporting directly to the CEO in Denmark.
Will be responsible for maintaining year growth, process improvement and increased efficiency.
