Canadian Manufacturer Automates Sales Order Processing Between Salesforce and SYSPRO

Codeless Platforms today revealed that bioLytical Laboratories Inc., an industry leader in manufacturing rapid in vitro diagnostic tests, has integrated Salesforce with SYSPRO via BPA Platform to automate its sales order processing. BPA Platform is subsequently being used as the main, single integration solution to address a wide variety of its business functions.

"The key task that we initially addressed with BPA Platform was the integration of sales transactions between Salesforce and SYSPRO, the ERP system that is used throughout our manufacturing facility," explained Steve Dillen, IT Director, bioLytical Laboratories Inc.

"We are currently adding BPA Platform modules and endpoint licenses to allow increased integration with our distribution channels, and continue to assess a number of different sales channels that we anticipate supporting with BPA Platform."

bioLytical Laboratories discovered BPA Platform during initial assessment of WooCommerce and Shopify eCommerce solutions which included full SYSPRO integration. It was during this research that the company realised that BPA Platform also had connectors for Salesforce as well as a number of other platforms.

"While assessing potential eCommerce solutions, we were also seeking a tool that would provide improved integration between SYSPRO and Salesforce, as the tool that we had previously been using was reaching end of life. During the research, we determined that BPA Platform could address our Salesforce needs," revealed Steve Dillen.

"The representation that BPA Platform is a very low-code solution with the flexibility to accommodate different levels of integration between the target platforms was an important consideration in our selection process. Another big factor for us was the variety of endpoints supported by the tool, allowing bioLytical to deploy a single integration solution that would address a wide variety of business functions."

BPA Platform is now firmly established in bioLytical Laboratories' technology stack and has become the default integration solution for all current and future SYSPRO projects.
