Free Matrix “Fix & Flip Friday” Event this November 18th in Phoenix

This November 18th, somewhere in Phoenix, that Matrix Investor Network is holding their famous monthly “Fix & Flip Friday” Event. The event starts promptly at 3:30 pm with Matrix Director -Fred, meeting interested parties at a current “fix and flip” property of the Matrix. After that, around 4:30 pm – 5:00, everybody retires to a nearby “adult establishment” for food and drinks along with more networking.

There, he will talk about the history of the property purchase, speak on the challenges of the remodel and help people see the vision of what the property is to become. After that, around 4:30 pm – 5:00, everybody retires to a nearby “adult establishment” for food and drinks along with more networking.

These “Fix & Flip Friday” Events by the Matrix are gathering more and more steam. First, the gathering isn't in some hotel conference room hosted by an out-of-town real estate “guru”. At the Matrix's monthly events, people get to see an actual house and property in the process of being renovated and flipped. This is some of the best Phoenix training on flipping houses around.

The “after party” of these events is becoming legendary too. These happy hours might be attended by people like the Matrix CEO – Daniel Scott or other Phoenix people who flip houses luminaries.
