Participants will learn executive function skills such as prioritization, task initiation, time management and organization to better conquer the countless demands and distractions that occupy their day as well as how to better prioritize tasks, boost productivity, and reduce stress.

Engaging Minds will work with organizations to tailor a similar program for their unique employee needs. This program will help employees plan and manage their time to meet both personal and team deadlines, improve organizational skills, and manage their to-do lists. Individual coaching is also now available. Participants can enroll in a single session or series of sessions to address their personal challenges and learn the specific skills needed to maximize productivity and decrease stress.
