“We are increasingly finding that rental companies are turning to us for our quality and fast service as we have a comprehensive stock of Genie products at our new premises. If we have them in-stock we can turn the order out that day. To meet the customers’ requirements, workload was adjusted in our recently expanded service department. All 13 Genie Runabouts were fully charged, received software updates, got a full PDI, LOLER inspection, customer decals were fitted on and each unit left with copies of the CE and LOLER certification in the machines document box. This was all completed by the time the lorry arrived for collection at our Derby facilities”. Jonathan Hull, Workplatform.
