Vertex Unveils Next-Generation Mobile Jaw Crusher with Advanced Crushing Capabilities and Transport Efficiency
The new mobile jaw crusher features a reinforced chassis, advanced European-style C120 jaw crusher, and a modular conveyor system, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications while remaining easy to transport and deploy.
Key Technical Advancements:
Receiving Hopper/Feeder: With a bandwidth of 8600 mm and 8m3 capacity, the hopper is built from high-performance wear-resistant steel and includes automatic frequency conversion feeding and hydraulic folding for quick transport.
Jaw Crusher Unit: At the core lies a European version C120 jaw crusher with a wedge locking system for fast jaw plate changes. The design incorporates both fixed and movable jaws to handle hard rock and abrasive materials.
Power Unit: The machine runs on a 179 kW OSB5.5-9-C210 engine that complies with National Stage III emission standards, balancing power with regulatory compliance.
Conveying System: The 1200 mm wide finished product conveyor boasts a 20° unloading angle and 3.4 m height, offering segmented folding design and wireless remote hydraulic control for improved operational efficiency.
Chassis and Tracks: Equipped with an assembled track system imported from the UK, the crusher supports up to 75 tons with high climbing capability and low deviation rate-ensuring stability in varied terrain.
Control System: The IP55-rated walking control cabinet supports both manual and automatic modes, with one-button diesel engine start for simplified operations.
Iron Separation Device: A standard 800 mm permanent magnet system with self-unloading ensures effective removal of ferrous materials during crushing operations.
Optional Features: A side belt conveyor with 12° working angle and standard lubrication expands operational flexibility for multiple material streams.
