Digital platform: Automated tachograph evaluation and expense accounting

Stuttgart, November 17, 2025 - AREALCONTROL GmbH, specialist for telematics and fleet management solutions, presents a comprehensive expansion of its digital platform. In addition to legally compliant tachograph evaluation, companies now also have access to a fully integrated digital expense report.

With this innovation, AREALCONTROL is setting new standards in the automation of administrative processes in the transport and logistics sector. The aim is to relieve specialists of time-consuming routine activities and at the same time ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Focus on simplicity and automation

Tachograph evaluation: driver card data is automatically archived, analyzed and presented in clear reports. Violations of EU regulations or the Working Hours Act are shown transparently.

Digital expense report: absence times are taken directly from driver cards, meal allowances are calculated automatically and reports are exported as PDF or CSV.

Relief for skilled workers

The consistent digitalization eliminates manual entries and control processes. Driver profiles are created automatically, expense types are defined once and then billed at the touch of a button. Accounting departments and fleet managers benefit from clear, structured reports and considerable time savings.

All data is encrypted and stored on servers in the private cloud - 100% EU GDPR-compliant. Companies receive audit-proof documentation and comply with all tax and legal requirements
