After implementation, the facility achieved highly stable torque profiles, reduced maintenance downtime by 60%, and improved test repeatability for thermal cycling, endurance runs, and rapid acceleration profiles. The non-contact design also enabled continuous high-speed testing without overheating, significantly increasing throughput for EV motor qualification, industrial servo motor development, and aerospace actuator testing.
