Power and Associates reporting a 78% satisfaction rating for Home Improvement Contractors for Residential and Light Commercial jobs in 2007, customers too often end up unsatisfied. The company has been awarded an A rating and two Super Service Awards from Angie’s List – one for quality sump pump installation, and a second for basement waterproofing.
