(December 1, 2025) - LSL, LLP (LSL), a California-based CPA firm serving clients nationwide, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Morrison, Clark & Company CPAs (MCC), a respected CPA firm based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Through this acquisition, MCC has officially become part of LSL, expanding LSL's capabilities in the real estate and construction industries and strengthening the firm's presence in Arizona.
