CTI Group Announces Successful Deployment of a Full Service Contact Center Solution BroadSoft’s Newly Acquired M6 Platform

This partnership allows for the development of an all-in-one contact center solution, to include feature enhancements such as call recording and ACD reporting. This partnership enables M6 customers to quickly develop features that enable them to appeal to a broader base of vertical customers.

Reaching full interoperability and certification with the BroadSoft M6 application earlier this year, CTI Group’s applications are taking the VoIP market by storm, showing success in vertical-based applications.
