Grand Cayman Project Management Courses for September 2017

Key Consulting’s next series of in-person project management courses on Grand Cayman will commence September 4th. “It’s been almost 10 years since we started offering project management courses on Grand Cayman” explained Kevin Archbold, Principal at Key Consulting. “In that time, we’ve seen attendees from a wide cross-section of local organizations, including government, utilities, telecommunications, construction, finance, insurance, and information technology.”

“All organizations have projects, whether internal strategic projects, or revenue-generating customer projects, and in many cases they’re not particularly well managed - often because people aren’t even aware they can easily learn about project management best practices.”

Key Consulting’s September Grand Cayman program will include a 1-day Introduction to Project Management, a more comprehensive 3-day Project Management Fundamentals course, a 2-day Microsoft Project Best Practices course, as well as 5-day prep courses for Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
