The ICM platform and ICM Sourcing app, which runs on Microsoft’s Azure cloud, were deployed significantly faster than the customer’s historical software installations. Customers can dramatically decrease their enterprise-wide deployment time with ICM because it is easy to deploy, easy to use and easy to adapt. The ICM platform also leverages cognitive analytics and machine learning to speed migration of legacy contracts.
