Cockpit4u started with first Boeing 777 training in Berlin

With the launch of the new Boeing 777 Full Flight Simulator at Berlin-Schoenefeld airport, Cockpit4u is once again raising the bar for pilot training across the industry. The first type rating course started in June 2009.

“With our Boeing 777 type rating program, we have positioned ourselves perfectly to meet the growing demand for services with the aim of offering our customers a one-stop-shop for full service packages.”, said Dennis Pilz from Cockpit4u.

Cockpit4u was the first Type Rating Training Organization (TRTO) in Germany with the Boeing 777 training approval, issued by the Luftfahrtbundesamt (German CAA).
“Until now we had to divide the ground school and the simulator training. This was not always very comfortable for the pilots. With immediate effect, customers now are able to train at a single site.”, said Stefan Heuss, Head of Training Cockpit4u.

About Cockpit4u:
Cockpit4u is a leading provider of training services to the aviation industry and is set to become the most comprehensive and independent training organization for airlines and individual pilots. Its services cover the complete spectrum from Type Rating, TRI, TRE training and a wide range of airline related cockpit crew training on Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier aircrafts.
